Simon has lived experience of good, great, and terrible leadership.  He knows, firsthand, the tangible impact that effective leaders have on organisations.

Simon holds a degree in Management, and is an accredited coach with Strengths Profile™ , the Rocket High Performing Team™ model and the Winsborough Leader 360™.  He empowers leaders at all levels with the knowledge and skills to be excellent, so they can lead teams that perform.

Simon delivers targeted and bespoke workshops and coaching. He is particularly interested in building team awareness of what aspects of their culture is holding them back from high performance and designing team systems to actualise the growth they hope for.

Simon is also the Operations Manager for The People Place, helping the delivery team best determine how they can support the development of their client's performance and success via our three strands; Recruitment, HR consulting, and Training.
