Greg brings a strategic and people-centred approach to leading The People Place. As General Manager, he works alongside the Directors and team to guide the vision, growth and strategic direction of the business, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver meaningful impact for the clients and teams it supports.

With a background in business growth, strategy and leadership, Greg has spent much of his career helping founders and organisations clarify their direction, strengthen their teams, and build systems that enable sustainable performance. He enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and people, helping leaders step back from the day-to-day to focus on what will create the greatest long-term impact for their organisation and the people within it.

At The People Place, Greg focuses on helping the business continue to evolve in ways that support its purpose of advancing human flourishing through work. He works closely with the team to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure the services remain practical and valuable for organisations navigating the complexities of people, leadership and culture.

Greg is particularly interested in helping organisations think deeply about how work is both designed and led - for the better of their organisations.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and exploring New Zealand.
