Tasi is a commercially-focused, empathetic HR practitioner, passionate about achieving successful business outcomes through delivering value-led HR initiatives.

Tasi has an extensive HR background, having held roles in FMCG, manufacturing, tech and engineering for both Kiwi and global organisations. She works comfortably at any level, from developing strategy for Board and Execs, through to executing practical HR plans alongside leaders,  and managing or coaching people leaders through employment relations issues.

Tasi has practical experience across a wide breadth of people scenarios, so can provide insights, and add capability in everything from mergers and acquisitions, organisational design, culture and engagement, talent development and performance management.

Tasi’s approach is always one of partnership. She is very much a ‘do what I say I’ll do’ kind of person, providing helpful advice and practical solutions for our clients.
